welcome to my homepages. If I my introduce myself: I am Sebastian Sylla, a songwriter, composer, guitarist and producer,
living in Berlin, Germany. These pages are full of music you can listen to:
There are songs which you can purchase and which give you an impression of my songwriting skill in case you want me to
write a new song for you or your artists.
There are some pieces of filmmusic, a (still) secret passion of me, which I hopefully can act out someday.
There is some classical music, waiting for instrumentalists, orchestras, directors to be played live.
There are a lot of productions I made for other artists, giving you an insight of my production approach and my instrumental skills. And there is the

Some words about my musical philosophy: After listening to my works you may have noticed that there are a lot of melodies and rich harmonic use
which some people consider to be “retro”. Ok, I’m a fan of The Beatles and Mozart and other great melody writers, but what is “retro”? A song that
we still listen to decades after? Fine, because that is my maxime: writing music people still like to hear years from now. And to be honest: Nowadays
we could need more of some (ever)lasting songs, implementing the power of learnt handicraft, pure heart and uniqueness. So it is both: The singer
and the song. I give you the song, you sing it. I could tell you a lot more about my philosophies, but better we meet for a coffee and a talk.

Born in Heidelberg, June 1974, making music since I’m 8years old, playing in various rock bands, studying classical guitar in Berlin, studying
composition (on my own), working as a teacher, and so on...
